2017 CHRISTMAS ALE IS HERE
2017 CHRISTMAS ALE
It’s the most wonderful time of the year: our 2017 Christmas Ale is officially on shelves now! For our 43rd annual release of this Anchor tradition, our brewers created a smooth and creamy winter warmer with rich flavors of cacao, toffee, and roasted nuts, plus subtle hints of honey and herbal spice.

BARREL AGED CHRISTMAS ALE

Join us for a release party and tasting!
We aged our 2016 Christmas Ale in various whiskey and wine barrels for a year, and then tasted all of the individual barrels to select this very special blend. The result is a beautiful roasted masterpiece with whiskey, vanilla and sumptuous wintry spice notes layered on top of a rich malty base. On November 15, we’ll host a very special release party and tasting at the brewery where you can take home a bottle of your very own!
