Based on sales in 2011, Yuengling was tied with the Boston Beer Company maker of Samuel Adams brands, as the largest American-owned brewery. Its headquarters are in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Yuengling produces about 2.8 million barrels annually, operating two Pennsylvania facilities and a brewery in Tampa, Florida.
Brooklyn Brewery
Like our namesake borough, the Brooklyn Brewery is made up of a rich collection of characters from all over the world. In our Williamsburg home these characters are dedicated to brewing and selling great beer and enriching the communities we serve. Together, these Brooklyners have assembled the skills needed to transform a home brewing hobby into an independent brewery with a brand that has become an international beacon for good beer.
Angry Orchard Cider Company
Our 60 acre orchard in Walden, NY is nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Hudson Valley is known as the Apple Belt of New York, which is the second largest apple producing state in the country. Apples, like wine grapes, take character from the local soil and climate and the Hudson Valley offers some of the best conditions in the country for growing apples: great soil, reasonable winters, wet springs, and humid summers.
Guinness Storehouse
guinness storehouseGuinness Storehouse located in the heart of the St. James’s Gate Brewery, the Guinness Storehouse is Ireland’s most popular tourist attraction. It’s the home of the Black Stuff, the heart of Dublin and an unforgettable start to your Irish adventure.
Samuel Adams
The Boston Brewery is where all of our beers get their start, with the exception of Boston Lager, which was born in our founder Jim Koch’s kitchen. It is the smallest of our three breweries. the others are in Cincinnati, OH and Lehigh Valley, PA.

McShanes Public House, Port Chester NY is an Irish-style gastropub serving craft brews & bar fare in a handsome interior with dark wood paneling.
McShane’s has been open for a few months, but this was our first visit. Excellent service in a nicely renovated setting with several TVs in a typical brew pub setting. Our party of 4 ordered 2 house salads which were quite large and very fresh. My husband and I shared a McShane burger and their country pie–a version of shepherd’s pie but with short ribs and topped with lots of mashed potatoes. Both were excellent and the portions were generous. Our friend had a flat bread pizza that she really liked. The McShane burger served with dellicious fries (salad is another option) was large and juicy and I’d order it again. It came just as I ordered it. This is a place that’s now on our list of places we’d return to and can recommend. tripadvisor review
