The Dyckman Tripl3 Ale has three times more malts than usual, giving this brew the high gravity finish that we’ve all been waiting for. STYLE: Belgian Tripel Ale

MALTS: Pilsen RAHR, Wheat Malt, Honey Malt, Aromatic Malt

ABV: 8.8%

HOPS: Sorachi Ace

PAIRINGS: Lightly cooked mollusks like seared scallops in a faintly sweet sauce, or delicate white fish like sea bass.

PROFILE: A dry, strong, pale ale with clove aromatics, orangy citrus, and banana hints with a spicy finish. Malt aromas are soft and grainy, with light honey notes.
