Sarajevsko Premium Lager
Hand selected hops Aurora, Golding, and Magnum with two row summer barley malt are used to craft this pleasantly complex and balanced beer for our customers. Sarajevsko Premium Lager from Sarajevska Pivara has been brewed in Sarajevo since 1864. It is a light lager beer produced from barley malt, hops, natural spring water and yeast. Premium is special because of the enhanced aroma from hand-selected aurora, golding and magnum hops and aging process that takes 50 days. It has a crystal clear, dense head of foam with ample lacing. The aroma is mellow with notes of apples and grain. The taste is a light crackery maltiness with hints of apple and a light flaked corn presence. Light-bodied, crisp and clean and refreshing.

Sarajevsko Brewery
Sarajevo Brewery was formed in 1864. The ceremony of the very first pouring, based on written documents, was very festive. “in a cool shady plum orchard above the brewery, hand crafted rugs and pillows were brought in for important guests to sit comfortably and enjoy appetizers and beer while waiting for roasted lamb, sizzling on spits by the brook, to finish cooking.” 155 years later, we still enjoy hearty snacks with Sarajevsko Premium beer. Ingredients: water from its own spring, barley and hops.
