Lindemans Ginger Gueze

About the Item

The History of GingerGueuze
A brewery both traditional and innovative, Lindemans is creating a new beer category with their Botanical Lambic series: wild-fermented lambic beers, with a new ingredient that leads to an entirely new flavor sensation. The first in the series was SpontanBasil, made with fresh basil; now, Lindemans GingerGueuze brings the bold aroma and taste of fresh ginger to traditional lambic. (Note that the French spelling is gueuze and the Dutch spelling is geuze – both are commonly used in Belgium.)

Hazy golden color; bold ginger aroma and flavor enmeshed with the sharp, tart dryness of gueuze.

Serving Suggestion
Serve as a complement to any dish containing ginger, or with a cuisine that often features ginger – Thai or Chinese dishes. This beer can also be featured alongside a hearty meal to delight your dinner guests. Serve in a tall, thick tumbler.
