Papi’s wine brand began in 2006 in New York when it released its first two wines, one a dry, little to no sweetness and a Demi Sec version that was semi-dry, semi-sweet. After rebranding the Papi Demi Sec wine in 2008, Papi Wines was catapulted into success, selling 20,000 cases of Papi Demi Sec. The Demi Sec wine was launched in New Jersey in 2009 and in Florida in 2012.
