Leads sales leaders and overall sales team in Beer and Beverage sales in all regions in promotional strategy, pricing, and revenue to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team in promotional strategy
  • Lead annual pricing and promotional review across the portfolio
  • Develop pricing strategy for new brands and packages to fit strategies and communicate pricing direction
  • Build incentives for the sales team
  • New item and account setup and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing and posting daily worksheets for sales and inventory transactions
  • Update price book as needed
  • Communicate strategy and operate a highly effective sales team
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree
  • Accounting background and strong math skills
  • Experienced MS Office user with strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
